Every hamster owner swears by some hamster product. What's yours? We'll have to go with the obvious: the bendy bridge! So many different uses and options!
Not counting for the basics, (ie wheel, cage, food, water) I believe natural items are high enriching and beneficial to have in your hamster's cage. Examples as such could be cork logs, grapevine wood, moss, leaf litter, herbs, and much more. Another important factor I find in a hamster cage is a multi-chamber hideout. This is beneficial as it serves a similar purpose to the type of burrows and chambers hamsters create in the wild. You can buy one off of Amazon, Etsy, or other online (and even some in-person) stores near you! If you are unable to buy one, DIYing a multi-chamber is super easy (with cardboard or even wood if you wish). While I do love bendy bridges, I would only ever use them as a bridge, the way they are intended to be used. Any other way, such as a barrier, is quite dangerous, and there are many known reports for injuries (some so severe as to have caused death). However I definitely consider it a 'must-have' to be used as a bridge in your hamster set-up!
